Anisha is the Company Secretarial Paralegal within the Corporate and Commercial Department. She is accredited by the Chartered Governance Institute achieving and practicing the GradCG status.
Having completed her Masters in Corporate Law and Governance, Anisha has gained unique insight into how utilising good corporate governance can facilitate business needs and aid sustainable growth and development.
Anisha enjoys furthering her knowledge within the Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial field, utilising best practice procedures to ensure the desired results for her clients. Anisha and the Corporate Governance team provide quality assistance to the wider corporate team through a range of complex and time sensitive events such as sales, mergers, acquisitions and re-organisations. Anisha executes company incorporations, management company handovers and company strike offs whist keeping the business needs of clients at the forefront.
In her spare time, Anisha likes travelling to and exploring new countries, enjoying great food and getting her heart racing with adrenaline filled activities!
Anisha was a vital part of the team when it came to a £17m Fund Manager Sale to AIM Listed Company as well as a £25m Sale of National Wealth Management Firms deal.
