Francesca Medhurst is a Solicitor within the Commercial Property team.
Prior to commencing her career at Herrington Carmichael, Francesca worked for many years in retail and customer service including as cabin crew for an international airline.
Francesca completed her Training Contract at Herrington Carmichael, spending her first seat in Residential Property, her second seat with the Family team, and the remainder with the Real Estate team. Francesca has gained exposure to acting for Landlords and Tenants of commercial property including the granting or taking of new leases, as well as deeds of variation and the sale and purchase of commercial property.
Francesca attained a First Class degree in Law from the University of Birmingham and was awarded the Sir Henry Barber Law School Prize for performance. She studied further at the University of Law in Guildford, gaining a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course.
Outside of work Francesca enjoys spending all the time she can with her family – including Auntie duties! She has an immeasurable love for all things festive, has visited all the continents except Antarctica, reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and cage dived with Great White Sharks.
