The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property Fee Earner with 2-6 years PQE to join our growing team. If you have a passion for property law and a strong track record of handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview:
As a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. You’ll work directly with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their property transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
- Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and handling all related conveyancing documentation.
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Providing accurate and timely legal advice to clients, addressing their queries, and keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Working closely with the team to identify areas for process improvement and to contribute to team development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-6 years PQE in residential property.
- Proven experience in managing a range of residential property matters with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, including title checking and drafting.
- Excellent client care and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with case management systems is desirable.
