Residential Development Fee Earner

(4 Years + PQE Solicitor/FILEX/CILEX)

We have acknowledged specialism within our Real Estate team for residential development work and our existing developer client base is excellent.  We currently have a vacancy for a 4 Year+ PQE Fee Earner to join our established residential development team and development finance team within our Real Estate department based in our new landmark offices in Farnborough. You will be working with the Partners within the team to provide an excellent seamless service to our developer and lender clients.

The successful candidate will have property development experience.  In addition, to strong legal knowledge you will also be a dynamic and driven individual who is keen to win new business. You will work directly with the two Property Development Partners and will primarily assist them with their existing caseload.  You will also be encouraged to engage with business development activities to generate new work.
