Receptionist (Zero Hours)

Develop your legal career within our Operations department, assisting the Office Services team on Reception and welcoming clients to our modern Farnborough office.

The Opportunities:

  • Undertake all reception administrative duties and routines e.g. post, deliveries, banking etc. effectively, accurately and in a timely manner and comply with all office procedures.
  • Stock and clean Managing Partner’s office as first priority in the morning, ensuring all resources are in situ.
  • Provide prompt assistance to all clients and all other persons both face to face and by telephone.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate person, including the relevant information is given to the recipient.
  • Provide refreshments to visitors during their wait and during meetings.
  • Liaise with and book third party couriers to ensure the successful delivery of files and other physical property.
  • Liaise with and book transport for relevant persons.
  • Receive and log incoming post and deliveries throughout the day and ensure intended recipient receives the property in a timely manner.
  • Deal with all meeting room requests and liaise with staff on meeting room availability and resource requirements including corporate lunches.
  • Receive, check and scan documentation and ID and ensure that information received is passed to the relevant person promptly.
  • Record all callers and visitors in the relevant log and ensure that accurate records are maintained.
  • Cover any other aspect of the Office Services team’s duties on an ad hoc basis in the event of absence within the team.

Other General duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintain meeting rooms to a high standard throughout the working day, ensuring that stock levels and room layout are preserved.
  • Facilitate internal and external corporate events including lunches, ensuring set up and clean up is completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor all stationary items and ensure they are easily accessible to staff across the office space.
  • Providing administrative support to the Operations Team as required.
