The Opportunity:
As a Real Estate Solicitor specialising in Landlord and Tenant, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters across all sectors and values, alongside general acquisition and disposal work.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload and advise on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant Real Estate work including acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, lease management and regearing issues, rent reviews, property refinancing, and (working closely with our Corporate team) the property aspects of business acquisitions, sales and reorganisations
You should have the ability to work independently on complex and specialised matters as required, but will also have the opportunity to work closely alongside our large and dynamic team of Partners, Legal Directors, Senior Solicitors, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals.
We are looking for a self-sufficient individual with excellent client care and communication skills, and a strong focus on marketing and networking for business development. An existing following would be looked at very favourably.
Working directly with our Real Estate Partners, you’ll support existing caseloads while actively contributing to business development initiatives to cultivate new opportunities
