Tribunal Claims

Since the Employment Tribunal fees have been removed, we have seen a dramatic increase in the number of claims being pursued.

Sometimes it can be difficult to resolve an employment dispute amicably, and this can result in tribunal claims being pursued. The Tribunal process can be difficult to navigate, and Herrington Carmichael’s Employment team are here to assist you from the time you receive a claim through to the hearing itself.

Whether you wish to defend the claim, or achieve a commercial settlement, our employment specialists are able to advise you as to best achieve your goal. We regularly defend all types of claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, victimisation, whistleblowing and claims for unpaid wages, and we are here to advise the best approach if your business is faced with a claim.
