EEA Nationals and Frontier Permits

Citizens and their families of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein are able to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) to enable them to continue living and working in the UK. The deadline for this was 30 June 2021, however, recent changes have allowed individuals and families who meet certain requirements to apply again.

It is also possible to apply for the Frontier Permit as an EEA National under specific requirements.
