Data Rooms

As part of the M&A due diligence process, companies are often required to disclose many documents to the order side’s solicitors and accountants. 

It is becoming common practice for information to be disclosed via secure datarooms which are then “opened” to the buyer’s solicitors, accountants and other advisors for review. We work with a provider of online datarooms to make the disclosure process simple and secure for you.

• Management of the Data Room
• Granting access to specified users
• Granting users specific permissions
• Creation of indices for the Data Room, if required
• Assistance with numbering documents in order to answer the other side’s replies to enquiries in a clear manner, if required
