In this session we will be looking at not only the practical but also the legal issues that employers and employees need to be mindful of during the festive period. This will include:

• The issues that often arise during the Christmas period
• The employment law risks before, during and after Christmas
• Practical steps to mitigate those risks and
• Real-life of examples of what has and perhaps more critically what hasn’t gone well for employers at Christmas
