Many people in the construction industry use a JCT but the finer details of this complex contract may not be fully understood. In this webinar we will guide you through some of the key provisions, give you hints and tips on using the JCT as well as summarising some of the deficiencies in the contract.
We will focus primarily on the JCT Design and Build 2016 contract. We will also update you on some of the key changes expected in the next suite of JCT contracts expected out early next year.
