We are looking for a full time HR Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both the strategic and operational HR issues of the firm and report to the Managing Partner. Key duties include all traditional HR generalist areas; Recruitment, reward, performance management, employee engagement and talent management as well as responsibility for managing a budget and most importantly developing the people strategy to aid ongoing development of the organisation and its strategic expansion agenda.
To be successful within this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate a solid generalist HR background, strong up to date knowledge of employment legislation, proven experience of providing advice and support on HR policies and procedures and experience of identifying, developing and implementing strategic solutions.
You will be a minimum of CIPD (Level 5) qualified. There will be a high level of collaboration with the Managers of the other non-legal teams including Finance, IT, Administration and Marketing as well as line manager responsibility for the HR Assistant. Experience of working in HR in a law firm would be ideal although not essential.
The role will be based in Camberley with one to two days a week spent in our Wokingham office. Applicants must be IT literate; hold a current driving license and own a car as travel between our offices is required.
