Financial Services Lawyer 5yrs + PQE: Full or Part time

We are currently recruiting for a full or part time Financial Services Lawyer to join our team.

The successful candidate can expect to be working for household brand names and owner managed businesses alike on a wide range of general commercial matters across a variety of industry sectors, and, will also be responsible for developing and growing our current financial services offering.

You will have a sound, well-rounded knowledge of financial services law, with demonstrable experience advising on a broad spectrum of financial services matters, particularly in the wealth management, IFA and funds sectors.

Candidates should be used to working as part of a team as well as leading and managing projects autonomously. This is very much a client facing role so you will need to be experienced at building rapport with clients and providing clear and practical advice which meets their needs. As an expert in your field you will also have experience of supervising and mentoring junior team members.

This position would suit a candidate with rounded academic qualifications and solid financial services law experience gained at a Legal 500 / Chambers ranked firm or as part of an equivalent in house legal team. This role is open to all lawyers (including solicitors, in house counsel and paralegals) with the requisite experience.

It’s likely that the candidate will have 5+ years relevant PQE, but we would be happy to consider applications from all candidates who can demonstrate the skills needed to perform the role.
