Separation Agreements
When a marriage breaks down not everyone wants a divorce straightaway. A separation agreement is an option in these circumstances. It records how they have agreed to divide the assets and what financial responsibility each party will take on.
If divorce proceedings are entered into at a later date, the Court will consider the provisions of a separation agreement. We are happy to advise and prepare such an agreement for you.
