It has come to our attention that e-mails are being sent which purport to come from Herrington & Carmichael.
These e-mails suggests that we are acting "for the Trustees and Executor of the estate of Late Engr. Stuart Armstrong" (or another name) and invite the recipient to contact the sender.
These e-mails are not from Herrington & Carmichael and are part of a scam for the purposes of perpetrating fraud on the recipients. If you have received such an e-mail do not reply to it, just delete it.
NOTE: There is no need to send a copy of the email to us as we are already investigating the source in an attempt to have it stopped. However, you may wish to lodge a complaint with your email service provider.
