Pauline Smith

Pauline joined the firm in November 1986 and works in the Wills & Probate department.

Pauline specialises in handling Wills and probate matters for elderly clients. She advises her clients on Will drafting and tax planning, trust and estate planning, and the administration of estates. She also regularly advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Pauline has helped a number of carers’ groups on legal matters relating to dementia and other capacity issues.

Pauline is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society’s Probate Section.
