Michelle Lamberth
Michelle joined the firm in April 2000 and works in the Corporate Department with responsibility for the firm’s company secretarial services. Michelle’s expertise means that she handles all stages in the incorporation of companies and limited liability partnerships on behalf of the firm’s clients, and the subsequent legal requirements that need to be met, including the preparation of board minutes and resolutions and the completion and filing of forms at Companies House.
Michelle has recently developed and extended the firm’s portfolio of company secretarial services to deliver an entirely comprehensive support service for clients.
Michelle also handles administration and company secretarial work in relation to company sales and acquisitions.
She is a member of The Society of Specialist Paralegals.
