Mandeep Kaur Virdee
Mandeep Kaur Virdee is a Solicitor-Advocate in the Dispute Resolution department specialising in insolvency litigation.
Mandeep specialises in insolvency and restructuring dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters. Mandeep's client base consists of Insolvency Practitioners ("IP"), Accountants, Directors and Individuals.

Mandeep generally acts for IP's on all types of appointments, this includes proceeding with actions against directors for antecedent transactions such as unlawful dividends and preference claims. Mandeep also advises companies on restructuring and insolvency routes if necessary.
Mandeep approaches problems from a commercial viewpoint in order to get to the root of the problem, understand the Client's objectives and provide realistic options to achieve the desired outcome.
Mandeep has the Higher Rights of Audience qualification which entitles her to conduct advocacy in the High Court in the same way as a barrister.
