Laura Harris
Laura joined Herrington & Carmichael as a trainee and qualified into the employment department in April 2010.
Laura deals with non-contentious employment work: drafting employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks and dealing with compromise agreements, as well as contentious matters in both the employment tribunals and the courts.
Laura spends much of her time advising businesses on general HR issues through the employment health check and HR retainer services that the department offer.
Laura is also currently training to become a solicitor advocate and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
