Jonathan Craig
Jonathan graduated in both Business & Finance and Law at Manchester Metropolitan University prior to a 20 year legal career in commercial private practice initially in Manchester and thereafter in Guildford and more recently in Wokingham. Jonathan joined Fox Brooks Marshall in 1992, later part-merging with Manchester commercial firm Wacks Caller, where Jonathan qualified into the corporate department. A period working in-house for a company in the finance sector followed, prior to Jonathan joining corporate boutique firm Heatons in 2004. Whilst at Heatons Jonathan worked on a number of Icelandic-investor retail acquisitions, before a family-driven relocation to Surrey took place in 2008, when Jonathan joined a regional practice in Guildford. In August 2009 Jonathan was appointed a director of the sports agency company High Profile, and became a FA Authorised Agent representing professional footballers in the UK and overseas.
Jonathan acts on behalf of corporate clients providing advice on domestic and international commercial agreements, M&A transactions, insolvency, e-commerce, directors’ duties and corporate compliance matters.
