Jess de Noronha
Jess joined the Property Development team in 2007 as a Paralegal. She studied for her LPC
part-time whilst working for Herrington & Carmichael, obtaining a Distinction in 2009. Jess is due to start her Training Contract with the firm in September 2010, and will specialise in Commercial Property.
Jess deals with the sale of residential plots for a number of the firm's developer clients. She acts as the point of contact for the developer, estate agents and buyer's solicitors to ensure that the transaction runs smoothly and as quickly as possible. She has recently completed the sale of the last plot on a development with a gross development value of over £18 million, but also regularly deals with smaller developments. Jess prepares Home Information Packs for developers.
Jess is responsible for the Property Development Department's document sharing software, eBusiness. The software enables buyer's solicitors to access the plot sales documentation as soon as the reservation is taken.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys travelling and live music. She is a member of Young Surrey Lawyers and the Young Professionals of Surrey.
