David is Head of Residential Conveyancing, and brings over 30 years experience and knowledge to advising clients on all aspects of buying, selling and leasing residential property.
David has a renowned knowledge of Shared Ownership transactions (where the owner buys a percentage of the property and rents the remaining percentage from a Housing Association or other provider of affordable housing) and of transactions funded by the Government backed HomeBuy scheme.
David’s knowledge of and experience in Shared Ownership and HomeBuy transactions is demonstrated by his regular presentations on behalf of Central Law Training (www. clt.co.uk) at a nationwide series of seminars, entitled: ‘Shared Ownership and Affordable Housing- A Conveyancer’s Guide.’ These seminars provide solicitors and their staff with practical guidance on this aspect of Conveyancing.
