Brian Noble
Brian joined the Real Estate Department in January 2012 having previously worked in large regional practices in Surrey and Sussex.
Brian's work involves advising on a range of commercial property matters including the sale and purchase of commercial premises, acting for landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases and the preparation of ancillary documents such as licenses and rent deposit deeds. He also acts for lenders on property finance transactions and advises on the property aspects of corporate transactions.
Clients include national and local charities, private and public companies and individuals.
Brian is a Member of The Law Society and a Member of The Commercial Real Estate Legal Association.
In his spare time Brian enjoys playing football and squash, and has recently completed the London and New York Marathons.
