Anthony Tahourdin

Anthony joined the firm as Head of the Private Client Department in 1999, after 20 years in practice in the West End. He has over 30 years’ legal experience advising a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, families, executors, and trustees on wills, tax and succession planning, estate and trust administration.

Anthony is a highly experienced adviser who is able to deal with difficult and complex situations whilst retaining great sensitivity and understanding towards his clients. He has worked successfully to preserve, transmit and protect the private wealth of his clients using a combination of tax planning and trusts.

Anthony has dealt with a wide variety of estates including those of Lloyd’s Names in the middle of the Lloyd’s Insurance disaster.

He has a particular expertise in advising elderly clients and regularly assists on matters concerning Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. Professional memberships include the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Treasurer of Surrey STEP, Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and The Law Society Probate Section.
