Andrew Annette
Andrew Annette joined the firm as a trainee in 1997 and qualified in 1999. He has been a partner since 2007 and is the Head of the Commercial Property Department. Andrew’s work involves advising on land purchase and the use of conditional contracts and options; planning agreements and unilateral undertakings; overage agreements; development agreements with registered social landlords; deeds of easement. Andrew’s expertise encompasses all stages in the setting up of developments through to the ultimate sale of the finished plots.
Working for a number of prominent regional housebuilders, Andrew has recently completed the purchase of a development site for £29 million, including a sale of land and leases to a registered social landlord. He has also successfully negotiated and completed a rights of light deed with adjoining owners and a deed of release of restrictive covenants to enable a major residential development to proceed.
Andrew is also a contributor to the Property Law Journal.
Andrew is a F.A Qualified Football Coach and heavily involved in Youth Football within the Blackwater Valley. Most Saturday's he can be found runing up and down a touchline, encouraging his players to play in the oppositions half as opposed to within their own 6-yard box.
