- Plans - advising you on the conveyancing plans (to ensure they are Land Registry compliant)
- Information Sheet - drafting an Information Sheet to detail the title, to assist the buyer's Solicitors and provide replies to standard enquiries, to ensure that the Buyer's Solicitors are in a position to exchange contracts as quickly as possible.
- Contract - we will draft the sale contract in accordance with your instructions and also advise you on clauses which are recommended for your protection and also the provisions which are necessary to ensure that you comply with the Consumer Code for Home Builders
- Transfer / Lease - we will draft the transfer or lease (as appropriate) in full compliance with the Land Registry's current practice and in accordance with your instructions.
- Conveyancing - we will despatch reservations as soon as possible after receiving the heads of terms /reservation form, reply to any enquiries raised, exchange and complete the transaction on your behalf and liaise with your mortgage company to redeem the legal charge over the site.
- Updates - we will keep you regularly updated with any changes in the law or cases which affect the sale of plots, and ensure that your transaction is always compliant with the relevant legislation.
