Residential Property

We understand that buying and selling your home can be a daunting and stressful process.

law society accreditedOur dedicated team of conveyancing specialists will ensure that the process is as smooth, quick and cost effective as possible for you.

Our Team have many years' experience of handling conveyancing matters. Whilst their legal knowledge is a given, they also have the critical practical experience to bring your transaction to a successful completion.

We appreciate that sometimes you need that little bit of extra help and support and that's why we offer you the ability to contact our Head of Residential Conveyancing, David Keighley and Linda Tooke a senior member of this team by phone at evenings and weekends even if its just to ask for details of our fees. You will also have the direct line office number to your adviser and to his or her support team.

Property agreements are not legally binding until contracts are exchanged but we will be with you every step of the way, whether you are buying or selling.

If you are buying we will ensure that searches and pre-contract enquiries are carried out speedily and efficiently, and liaise with other parties' solicitors. If you are selling we will collect information to enable the contract to be drawn and will help you prepare property information to be provided to the buyer's solicitors, in line with the Law Society's national protocol for domestic conveyancing. Our factsheets cover all these matters and more and are free to download from the Fact Sheets and Articles link on this page, but if you have any further questions just ask us.
